How to foster equality within your company

As a company, we try our best to walk in the shoes of individuals like Gail. It’s been two months since we first shared Gail’s story in our ongoing research study Navigating to a New Normal.

Chapter 5 - Black Lives Matter focused on listening. We listened to Gail and Dajon as they shared their first-hand experiences with racism and prejudice in America. Separated in age by two generations, their experiences were sadly all too similar as systemic racism continues to permeate our culture.

Today we revisit the action starters we committed to. Fostering equality within our own company and using the tools we have to help other organizations do the same. Have we continued to promote and teach empathy? Have we improved diversity in our report visuals? How are we helping clients connect to a diverse range of consumers?
