Covid policy

Updated April 27, 2023

Ignite 360 will follow federal, state, and local laws and guidelines related to the Covid-19 pandemic, including adherence to policies related to travel and in-person gathering with the purpose of conducting business. As of May 2023, we are participating in U.S. business travel and in-person client and consumer engagements including international travel to countries that allow U.S. business travel. This status is subject to change based upon updated covid information.

With a continued emphasis on employee and consultant safety, we recommend that employees, consultants, clients and research participants complete the two-dose mRNA vaccination protocol (i.e. Moderna, Pfizer) or the viral vector vaccine with booster (i.e., J&J/Janssen) as part of their participation in face-to-face Ignite 360 engagements. We will not, however, require attestation or proof of vaccination status.

We do require that anyone who has had any known exposure to Covid or to anyone with a confirmed Covid diagnosis in the last 7 days or who is not feeling well with any Covid symptoms refrain from participation in any project sponsored by Ignite 360.

Finally, anyone who has tested Covid-positive within the last 7 days should not participate in any in-person engagements for at least 5 days after experiencing their first symptoms OR upon receiving a negative Covid antigen or PCR test result.

It is agreed that Ignite 360 employees and consultants will comply with any local, state and federal mandates and published safety protocols such as wearing protective masks and maintaining social distance with others. Masks will not be required unless formally and explicitly mandated. Ignite 360 employees and consultants will wear masks if requested to do so by clients, research facilities or research participants during the course of any in-person engagements.

Any employee, consultant, client or research participant who wishes to wear a mask for their comfort, safety and/or protection is welcome to do so at any time.

During any travel periods, Ignite 360 employees and consultants will be asked to report whether they have a fever or any other COVID-related symptoms. Additionally, if the information is provided that the employee or consultant has been in close contact with or has been exposed to someone that has covid-related symptoms, they are to immediately self-report to human resources and required to follow any then-existing quarantine guidelines established by the CDC, OSHA, and/or CAL-OSHA.

We request that any attending clients, partner staff, and consumers also follow these protocols during the course of our research and insights engagements. This policy will be in place until such time that Ignite 360 deems such measures no longer be necessary. We will continue to rely on our facility partners to uphold the highest sanitation and safety protocols. If proof of compliance to such protocols cannot be provided, we will postpone or cancel the engagement until such time that proof can be provided. Any fees associated with postponement or cancellation will be waived and Ignite 360 will not be responsible for payment due to facility or partner non-compliance.

Where possible, we will provide our clients options for remote or virtual viewing and participation. However, our general policy is not to assume an undue burden of risk on behalf of our clients. We reserve the right to adjust approaches and move to virtual or hybrid-virtual and in-person activities in situations where our client companies are not, themselves, allowing their employees to travel and/or Ignite 360 determines the safety of our employees and consultants runs a greater risk of being compromised.

We will continue to monitor and modify this policy as necessary and as more information arises.
